Second medical opinion, from leading doctors and medical institutions
Personal medical second opinion from a world recognized medical institution or experts from that institution, or directly from independent renowned experts, with no need for the member to travel. The medical opinion to be presented will be based on materials received, including the initial diagnosis and all relevant medical documentation sent by the member (such as Disease Summary reports, previous medical opinions, pathology tests, and so on). The medical material will be sent in English. Medical material sent to Medical Opinion should be prepared by a medical doctor. The expert second opinion will be delivered to the member within 10 working days from the day that all relevant material reaches the expert in English, except in particularly complex cases where a group decision or additional consultation may be required.
